awe heute ist mein geburtstag! ich bin schon den ganzen tag sehr gut gelaunt, es hat geschneit und ich hab kuchen und richtig tolle geschenke von meinen freunden und meiner familie bekommen und extra tolle geschenke von meiner besten freundin. ♥
ich hab ja schon lange nichts mehr gepostet, es ist nicht viel passiert, school sucks, gleiche scheiße wie immer, ich bin sonst sehr glücklich, ich hab immer wundervolle menschen um mich herum, die mich unterstützen und alles scheint grade gut zu funktionieren.. auch in der liebe, wer weiß... ♥

erdbeersorbet
Zutaten
500 g Erdbeeren
120 g Zucker
Saft einer Zitrone
1 Blatt Gelatine/für die Veganer: Pektin
100 ml Wasser
Zubereitung
Erdbeeren vierteln und pürieren, Zitronensaft und Zucker unter rühren dazugeben
(Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen, ausdrücken und in kochendem Wasser auflösen)
Pektin in kochendem Wasser auflösen, Erdbeermasse dazugeben
Für mindestens zwei Stunden ins Gefrierfach stellen
Alle 30 min umrühren
GUTEN APPETIT :))

musikprojekt
hallo kinder,
die ferien haben angefangen und jetzt wird es endlich wieder richtig sommer.... hoffentlich....
ich habe erst eine woche ferien, und es fühlt sich an, als gingen sie schon 5 wochen oder so - so viel habe ich schon unternommen :P
letzte woche haben ein paar freunde und ich unser musikprojekt gestartet.. es lief eigentlich ganz gut :)
die fete de la musique war wundervoll! wir waren im mauerpark und sind später durch kreuzberg und friedrichshain gelaufen. ♥
freitag bin ich aus halle wiedergekommen, ich war drei tage mit einer freundin da. wir haben ganz viel von der stadt gesehen, waren shoppen und waren abends in schönen bars und so...
